How to Choose the Right Size

1. Choosing Glove Weight (oz):

Glove weight is measured in ounces (oz). Heavier gloves offer more protection and durability. Choose according to your body weight and intended use: lighter for bag/pad work, heavier for sparring.

2. Choosing Guards (S/M/L/XL):

Headgear, mouthguards, arm/shin guards and groin guards use standard sizing based on height and weight. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

At least 16 oz gloves are recommended for sparring
If you use hand wraps, consider going one oz up
Elastic/adjustable guards fit a wider range of sizes
A snug, comfortable fit is essential for your safety
