How to Choose the Right Size
1. Choosing Glove Weight (oz):
Glove weight is measured in ounces (oz). Heavier gloves offer more protection and durability. Choose according to your body weight and intended use: lighter for bag/pad work, heavier for sparring.
2. Choosing Guards (S/M/L/XL):
Headgear, mouthguards, arm/shin guards and groin guards use standard sizing based on height and weight. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
💡 Tips:
- At least 16 oz gloves are recommended for sparring
- If you use hand wraps, consider going one oz up
- Elastic/adjustable guards fit a wider range of sizes
- A snug, comfortable fit is essential for your safety
