Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products ordered by the buyer through glorymmastore.com.
3. Product Information
The type, type, quantity, brand/model, unit price, payment method and delivery information of the product/products purchased by the Buyer are specified on the order summary page on glorymmastore.com.
4. Delivery and Shipping
The products will be sent to the delivery address specified by the buyer when ordering.
The shipping fee is 150 TL and is added to the total order amount.
Delivery time is generally between 3-7 business days, not exceeding 30 days legally.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product.
For the right of withdrawal, a written notification through one of glorymmastore.com’s communication channels is sufficient.
The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs for products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal belong to the buyer.
6. Situations in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (underwear, mouthpiece, etc.)
Used or opened products
Custom-made products
7. Return Conditions
Once the product return is approved, the refund will be made to the card or account used by the buyer for payment within 14 days.
In case of return, the original invoice must be presented.
8. Dispute Situations
In case of dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the buyer's place of residence or the seller's place of residence are competent.
9. Entry into Force
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this contract by checking the "I have read and accept the Sales Agreement" box in the order placed through glorymmastore.com.
